Machine Introduction

This machine is a fully automatic high-speed card punching machine, controlled by PLC, integrating automatic feeding, CCD vision positioning, servo-driven punching, automatic card collection, and automatic waste collection.  

 Card collection is achieved using two card boxes, which automatically switch when one box is full.  

The vision positioning platform features a UVW three-axis linkage platform with two sets of CCD vision positioning. It feeds back the current coordinate values to the positioning system, allowing the UVW platform to move to the preset position autonomously.
